Downward spiral?
Wirefan12223 November 2015
Warning: Spoilers
I think this show may be doing a downward spiral! I really enjoyed the first 14 episodes but these last two are testing me. Justine and Richard Cross continue their ludicrous 'relationship' even after Hoffman tells her previously to not do so. Does anyone in Hoffman's firm actually act professionally and/or do what he tells them to?

Further stretching plausibility is when Justine arranges to have Cross meet up with Julie...even after Hoffman has basically stated over and over again how he thinks Cross is involved in the murder of Julie's sister. She then leaves the two alone and then Julie disappears, amazingly enough! Then we find out that the woman who supposedly hates/fears Cross gets married to him in Reno (so she won't have to testify against him)?!? Could this woman be that stupid? Yes, apparently so. And then we get a look at Arnold Spivak's expression of surprise...he could not see that something was wrong when the hot witness suddenly falls head over heels for him? Seriously? Sorry but this show is starting to lose me quickly.

Finally we get to see Ted's immature wife complaining about her needing to find her 'center'. As if she thought being married to a man who has a high profile case will show up every night for dinner as usual. Perhaps the expensive home, cars, etc. might clue her in that he needs to work more than a 40-hour a week job. Please.
