It's a Bay City reunion once again for Faith Ford and Christopher Rich whose characters of Julia Shearer and Sandy Cory had crossed paths nearly a decade before on the daytime soap opera before being reunited on a primetime sitcom. Her marriage to Will Forrest (Scott Bryce, who was on "As the World Turns" at the time) is in trouble since his book was published and has been optioned as a movie, so Corky is open to the flirtation she gets with Miller Renfield here. Tthis episode, surrounding an advertisers convention, has the various members of the FYI staff exposing their shots to the audience in hysterical ways. Murphy's secretary here has the look of a notorious historical figure, and not a heroic one. Miller, presented as a narcissistic dumbbell in the previous episodes, ges to show a different side of his personality, although he is still as dumb, with his Spanish accented dog sidekick on a news show also getting to secretly share its feelings. Quite good.
