Series 4 of the show is odd in a sense because over the course of the 13 episodes we get to see Kris Marshall at his best as Nick, and also episodes that show us what the show will be like once he leaves.
This is an example of that, and is one that allows the wonderful chemistry between Robert Lindsay and Zoe Wanamaker to shine through.
We also get more of the Abi/Roger budding romance, and you'll either love or dislike that.
