Shots ring out in the street and when the dust settle, several people are dead. Among them is former convict and now racial activist who goes by the name of Kwazi. Sipowicz fights against his racist being as he investigates. The last few minutes are very poignant as Andy tries to explain the way he is, but he just doesn't get the idea that bigotry involves "everyone" being lumped in some sick place.
