Howard, in the throes of Alzheimers, thinks he's an Indian, in an adult diaper, begins shooting arrows. His children are in his office and he doesn't know them. His ramblings continue and eventually his son takes out a pistol and shoots him in the head. Once again, Rome has a difficult case. The son has committed murder and needs to be tried. Of course, the circumstances are dramatic, leaving the prosecution with no choice but to attack. The law is very clear but it will take proper testimony to convict him. It gets down to Jimmy's testimony--a stickler for the law. After seeing this, there are some real questions about the law and why it acts as it does.
