Dude had no right to just change his mind. Ellenor literally changed her life based on the contract they made. Arguing that he was unfit to be a parent was a stupid move though. They're only lucky the judge decided to hold up the contract in the end, despite the fact that Jimmy didn't even try to argue its validity because he thought he wouldn't be able to. I'm seriously starting to hate that guy.

Ellenor Frut is in her eighth month of pregnancy. She gets notified by the friend who donated the sperm that he wants father's rights to the baby. She is totally unyielding and brings the issue to court where some harsh things are said. In associated efforts an eleven year old is raped and is really the only viable witness. Finally, Rebecca wakes up, but she has been lost in the hospital. I have to say that Ellenor comes off pretty nasty, although it is her right.
