Obviously, this episode was a TV pilot for Tom Bresnahan's character Nicky, but nothing came of it. The two main characters are sidelined in favor of two Miami cops. They're entertaining enough, but it is the third time in a row (please note that I did not see the previous episode, "Total Eclipse" lived up to its title on my DVD, I'm still fuming) that it's "deadlier than the male" however freaking unlikely. So Alex is the hit girl? What a stupid turn of events. Did look very cute when she got apprehended, but come on, come on, how unconvincing is the plot? Can you see that cute girl as a cold-blooded assassin? We never actually see her as the shooter.
Okay, SILK STALKINGS is an excuse to look at pretty girls. And Samantha's one of that elite group! WOW YES! but she'd have been much better cast as the damsel in distress than the (argh!) hitter. Romantic heroine type, not a killer, except killer fox, of course...
And I don't catch the episode name. Three Ring Circus, what three ring circus? Still in shock that my big three season boxset is seriously flawed, I guess.
