At first I thought the show had jumped the shark when a mental patient takes over the hospital, pretending to be the late arriving replacement for Westphall. But things begin to work out. A subplot is a Vietnamese man who is suffering from agent orange. Chandler checks him out and then becomes abusive. Apparently, Chandler's brother was killed in Vietnam and he calls the man a "rice face." Denzel, we hardly knew you.
