Poor Harold!
Sleepin_Dragon9 August 2019
A game of Monopoly was never going to be a fun, care free occasion between Harold and Albert, naturally the old man has hotels on Mayfair, and poor Harold keeps landing on them. The dialogue between the pair is very funny, as is Harold's reaction to losing.

The twist comes, when the pair are served notice, Harold has a novel way to try and get the necessary £750. The look on Harold's face when the bank manager and his wife are scoffing their way through the menu is brilliant, as is Albert's acquisition of a ham roll from the next table.

Men of Property
Prismark108 September 2017
Harold is not having much luck when he plays Monopoly with his father. Albert has all the luck while Harold has to mortgage some of his properties and sell some of his houses.

However the postman delivers an ominous letter, the lease on their house is about to run out and they need to find £750 to purchase the freehold or they are risk of being homeless.

Having heard tales of a pal Charlie Miller who always manages to get a loan from a local bank manager to, Harold decides to use the same tactics. This involves wining and dining the bank manager and his wife at a posh restaurant. The trouble is Albert decides to try his luck at the gaming tables.

It is fun to see Harold acting all posh and grimacing as the bank manager and his wife scoff their faces while he makes do with scrambled eggs in order to save money at the restaurant.
