"Jim, you went to Harvard??"
TxMike7 September 2008
Warning: Spoilers
This episode opens with a private investigator looking for a Jim Ignatowski. It turns out that his father back in Boston is re-making his will and wants to see all his children. He had trouble finding Jim, whom he has lost track of for the past 10 years, and has sent two tickets for him to go to Boston.

Jim ends up taking Alex with him. Victor Buono guest stars as Jim's dad, a wealthy man in a large estate. He makes some reference to "tax laws" that makes him need to give away most of his wealth. Jim also meets his overweight, snobby brother Tom, and his buxom, aggressive sister.

Jim's dad had hoped to see some change, for the better, but was disappointed and assumed that Jim came back just for the money. He told Jim if he would just come home and go back to school he would see that the $Million would be his.

Jim of course was indignant, as the money meant nothing to him, and decided to leave, but not before telling his dad "Bye", and getting the correct phone number. Seems Jim had been calling every week, for 10 years, just to hear his dad's voice then hanging up, but it was the wrong number!

Fine episode for Reverend Jim fans.
