An ordinary American couple just have a baby, as many millions of other couples. But there is a problem with the born child, he dies just a few hours later. Of course the two young parents dive in total distress because of this. The mother begins to agonize herself. She feels guilty for what happened to their child. But then this mother reads in a medical book that the eyes of a baby can be used as cornea transplant to help other people in asking for an eye. This rapidly becomes a true meaning of life for the young woman, somewhere in replacement of the death of her baby. From drama, the story resumes in a little suspense tale concerning the way our leads succeed in their task to bring the child's eyes to the hospital where the surgery will proceed.
