I agree with the lawyer. I believe there are many innocent people in prison and some have been executed. Therefore, I no longer support the death penalty. This episode shows why. It is excellently executed by all involved to show an example of just how easily human error can result in the wrong person being imprisoned and possibly executed. I hated the ending, however! Every time I watch it, I scream in agony when it fades to black without letting us know if the poor man gets a stay of execution!! What was the point of that? I was convinced that he was actually innocent, but the justice system could still fail him. So? They decide not to let us know?!! Argh!!!!
