No good habits.

We learn a little more of Claire Wren's past when she gets a visit from her former husband William Russ who arrives bringing his daughter by a subsequent woman. Young Lexi Randall has not picked up any good habits from her dad.

In fact Russ and Randall are on the run from a man Russ snookered and Russ is fixing to deposit the little girl with Wren and the Young Riders.

The green eyed monster is making one big fool out of Ty Miller as he and Josh Brolin have a rather stupid fight over Yvonne Suhor. This has been building over the past few episodes.

Russ and Randall are quite good in this story.

Well paced, lots of story

This episode has got to be one of the best from The Young Riders' crew. The story just continues to roll out, with interesting background stories for the guest characters, and who could forget the fight between Jimmy & Kid? This is the episode where things start to get more interesting between Kid, Lou & Jimmy (that love-triangle that could never really have worked out any other way or risk damning the show).

After a fairly slow first half to season two, *this* is when it gets interesting. We get a little more of Rachel's history, we get the development of friction between Jimmy & Kid, we get a lovers' tiff, all because of a little girl who suits her nickname a little too well.
