Awesome picture into this man's life

I have watched this video over and over. It is an awesome picture into the heart of this man. I happen to love Rich's music and have nearly all his CD's. This video helped me learn more about his background, friends, family, and the impact he had on so many. It is a wonderful mix of his music with interviews of those who new him best - whether family or ministry partners, both famous and unknown. As a posthumous tribute video it is a very appropriate treatment of both the deep and profound sides of Rich as well as his playfulness and sense of humor. I learned a lot about his ministry to the native American Indians that I did not know before. I highly recommend this video to anyone remotely interested in Rich Mullins.

Great if you knew his music...

I saw this movie when I was in high school shortly after he had died. It was really interesting to see the kind of person he was outside of his music. He had a very unique perspective on life and seeing "famous" people (in the Christian recording industry, anyway) talk about the kind of friend he was and how humble he was and what kind of example he set was a really amazing thing. His song-writing and his sense of charity were really inspired and sincere and he led the kind of life that spoke louder than he did. He was a very quiet and shy person and was very connected to the people he loved. If you like his music, you should see if you can track down a copy on ebay or something 'cause it's just as insightful as his music is.

He fulfilled his earthly mission...

There had never been a Christian musician who had an enduring impact on my life as did Rich Mullins. This video is one I have watched more times than I can remember. His life and ultimately his death, moved me and affected my heart. There are some people who walk this earth doing God's work. Then out of the blue, they are whisked away for their reward! Rich Mullins was one of those people. His song Elijah became very important because I believe he was on his Chariot of fire before the impact of the semitruck connected with him. I will forever love his stories in song!
