"Titanic" meets "Poseidon" meets "Pokemon"!

Warning: Spoilers
In this episode, Ash, having just claimed the Thunder Badge from Lt. Surge in Vermillion city. Heads off to a harbor with Misty and Brock. They happily accept free tickets to go on the St. Anne, the most coolest and glamorous cruise ship on the sea from two "schoolgirls" (really Jessie and James in disguise). After the trio board the St. Anne, it's revealed that Team Rocket have been giving out free tickets St. Anne to Pokemon trainers everywhere- only so they can ambush them out at sea and steal their Pokemon, and the twerps have just walked into their trap! Aboard the St. Anne, Ash battles a Southern gentlemen with his Butterfree and the gentlemen's Raticate, but the gentlemen quickly withdraws the match and calls it a tie. Later, the same gentlemen asks Ash if he would like to trade his Butterfree for the Raticate. Ash reluctantly accepts, but strongly regrets doing so after. While that's going on, James (Jessie, James and Meowth are also on the St. Anne with an army of Rocket Grunts in disguise) gets tricked into buying a Magikarp from a vendor, which costs him the advance on his and Jessie's salary. When Jessie and Meowth find out they yell at him and beat him up. Meanwhile, Ash, still regretting the trade, wonders if the gentleman will take good care of Butterfree. Suddenly, the Rocket Grunts strike! They suck up every ones Pokeballs with vacuum machines (Jessie and James do the same while Meowth cheers them on). Ash attacks the Rocket Grunts and everyone does the same. Meanwhile, a storm in brewing outside. The Rocket Grunts blast off, but the ship starts to pitch because of the storm. Ash finds the gentleman and they quickly trade back while people evacuate the ship, but a huge wave hits the ship, causing Ash and James to drop their Butterfree and Magikarp. They give chase with the Misty, Brock, Jessie and Meowth behind them. They get the Pokeballs, but then another huge wave hits the ship knocking the twerps and Team Rocket unconscious. As the passengers and the wimpy captain who all made it off safe watch the St Anne flip over and sink to the bottom of the sea from the safety of the life boats, they are unaware that the twerps and Team Rocket are trapped inside...

A great episode that will make you ponder the twerps' and Team Rocket's fate...

"I'm just testing the lifeboats."

Warning: Spoilers
Here are the 10 things I loved and you will, too:

1. I really love arcs in the series. (Ash's Starter Arc, Jotho Finals Arc, Saffron Ribbon Arc...I don't watch much)

2. This is the first time Team Rocket fools Ash with their cheap disguises. (It's great to meet the Pope and Lady Gaga. Hey, they're Team Rocket!)

3. James' impression of a girl is better than Ashley! ("Cool!"-"Cool!"-"Ain't I the coolest girl?")

4. First appearance of one of the best anime villains ever: Giovanni. (Kevin Spacey should play him.)

5. A gentleman looks more like a magician. (In the games, he has a bowler hat, cane, and white mustache.)

6. I thinks it's weird because of the fact of Ash wanting Butterfree back, though he'll ******* ********** in episode 20. (Didn't spoil it.)

7. I just thought of "Ocean's Eleven" when the Japanese con man sells James the Magikarp. It was hilarious when Meowth chipped off the paint! (RTS - Remember Tracey Sketchit?)

8. James is depressed when doing the motto. (Sorry, I couldn't think of an 8th reason. But it's actually kinda funny.)

9. Geodude has a great voice, especially when spinning with a group and beating the air out of Team Rocket.

10. We have found somebody less intelligent than Ash: the sailor. ("Now, if anybody is still on the ship, raise your hand." What do you mean? They're all in lifeboats. If they were, you wouldn't see them!!!)

I loved it. I hope you will, too.
