I find this episode a classic, Because of the two part plots. The first part of the plot about the heroic character, Who is falsely accused of theft. While the second part of the plot is the character, Who is kidnapped by pirates. Let's starting with the first part of the plot, It's Ten Cents was accused of theft by Zip and Zug. But Sunshine and Grampus believes that Ten Cents is innocent for the crime that He didn't even commit. The first part of the plot is very similar to Noddy's Toyland Adventures in Noddy and His Bell (1992). Now for the second part of the plot, The reason why Sea Rogue is stealing barges from Bigg City Port, Because His Uncle was kidnapped by The Green-Eyed Pirates, and it is up to Sea Rogue to team up with Ten Cents, Sunshine and Grampus to save Sea Rogue's Uncle from The Green-Eyed Pirates and recovered the stolen barges. The second part of the plot is very similar to Codename: Kids Next Door in Operation: LICORICE (2006). So, Sea Rogue and his uncle thanked Ten Cents, Sunshine and Grampus for their heroism. I'm giving this a 10/10.
