Mario prepares three dishes as usual for his guests. The theme of the day is the cooking of Pescara, italian city in the Abruzzo region. The entree will be a traditional potato bread with a citrusy caramel sauce poured on top, followed by a plate of linguini with skate ragu and broccoli, and lastly the main dish, triglie al cartoccio.
