This short film would make a dandy full-length film.

This is a very enjoyable short film about a man who seems to look for excuses to break up with every girlfriend. During the course of the film, many seemingly wonderful and beautiful ladies go out with him, but in each case he finds flaws in them that seem very, very picky and silly. And, after each date, you see the guy talking to his friend and explaining in excruciating detail why the women were all wrong for him. Considering that the guy is a grouch and not exactly a super-stud himself, the viewer is left wondering if he's even sane! And, it seems, his friend is losing patience and tells him that the problem is NOT with the ladies. This leads to some soul-searching. At the same time, another lady comes into his life but try as he might to drive her away, she is persistent and sees something worth having--even if the guy does seem like a total wet blanket. Why the guy is so picky is the key and the film is a great exploration of a man afraid to commit.

Very well written with a fascinating plot, this film would really make an excellent full-length film.
