I'm done watching this series. Joyce has crossed over to the dark side. Her morality is so off-base she'll justify ANYTHING if she's afraid. I said from the very first episode, I didn't like that character. And now in this episode we see exactly why.
Meanwhile, the Jewel Diamond character doesn't rock my boat. I have a hard time watching as the filmmakers waste Ruth Wilson's stellar acting talent for the sake of this drivel.
The earlier episodes were actually charming. But now the scripts are rather flat and stereotypical. There WAS a good scene where the women attacked gang members and told them to keep their pants up. We also see would-be gangbangers playing classical music outdoors on their portable radio. But those were momentary sight-gags, they didn't have any lasting impact on the story-line.
As I've said in another review, I normally don't watch comedies. And there isn't enough of Ruth Wilson to make me want to continue viewing.
