This is a pretty amusing episode.
Roseanne goes to Dan's jobsite and meets an architect there who offers her a job. He also comes for a visit and this visit ends up in them seeing how desperate for love and affection he is. After he doesn't want to leave their family alone, spends time with them, buys present and they need to solve the problem.
I felt bad for the guy! When he said he was even left at the altar I laughed a bit but it was sad! And he was very well meaning, they should have let him become their friend. Even keep the fridge. After finally having friends he would cool down in some time. The end scene where he tells he will leave them alone and then comes back was pretty funny though!
