- Tommy Lee makes lots of sexual references (mostly crude).
- A band mate is seen being pulled from his chair and he drops to his knees as a woman pulls up her skirt. The woman is at a side angle so nothing is shown
- A band mate is standing behind a woman thrusting forward, the woman's partially nude breasts are visible and his chest is kinda visible because he's wearing a leather jacket without a shirt.
- A woman is briefly shown with her legs spread with a man's head between her legs, so she is fully covered from view by his head
- A man pulls his head away from between a woman before exclaiming "Holy shit" before a woman shrieks

- In the opening scene, a woman pulls up her skirt and a man performs oral sex on her. We then see a man and woman having aggressive sex fully nude with lots of thrusting and grunting (breasts and butt clearly visible). We then go back to the woman receiving oral sex and the man pulls his head away. Tons of ejaculate sprays across the room.
- A girl sees a woman being raped. It is dark and not much is seen, since the man is behind the woman. She makes painful grunting and moaning noises as the man covers her mouth and holds a knife to her throat. There is no nudity and the scene only lasts for a few seconds.

- A boy sees his parents having sex with the man thrusting from behind, before it cutting to a shot of two people having sex in a club in the same position in a room, which a man briefly sees while walking by.

- Vince's friend is killed in a car crash. We see his bloodied face
- Nikki is shown waking up with a heroin needle in his arm. There is blood running down his arm.
- A kid cuts himself intentionally and claims to the police that his mother did this.
- A brawl breaks out between Mötley Crüe and their crowd at their first show. Somewhat played for laughs.
- Vomiting.
- A secondary character's death shows graphic imagery for about two seconds
- A character is shot from the first person perspective (which increases the impact). Gunshot is heard, with blood spurting and flowing from the wound seen in first person as the person collapses to the ground and there are multiple lingering shots of the corpse lying in a pool of blood.
- Nikki throws a bottle of whiskey down on the ground near his mother, scaring her.

Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Nikki dies after a heroin overdose. He is later brought back to life in the ambulance. The sequence is intense
- Doc McGhee brings Nikki's estranged mother to him without him knowing. Nikki is enraged by this and screams at both of them. This may be upsetting for some
- Vince Neil's car crash is intense.
- Vince's conversations in the hospital with his daughter Skylar could be distressing for some. In their last conversation shown, she asks him not to let the doctors cut her anymore. Vince promises this. She is later shown to have passed away in the hospital.
