A power struggle for control over Kamelion begins, The Master plans to take up the role of The Outsider.
I know it sounds as if I don't have a good word to say about it, the ideas are fine, but the execution is below average. I am trying hard to highlight the positives, but watching this has been a real chore.
I like some aspects of the design, The Master looks great in a suit, and his TARDIS looks very smart, unfortunately this episode is all studio bound, so it lacks the location work. The music is pretty good. I am intrigued to know what The Master is up to, and how he ended up in his predicament.
The non believers are set to be sacrificed, and The Doctor is static? No way on Earth would Pertwee or Baker have just stood on the spot, compare Davison here, to his next story, he's a very different Doctor in Androzani.
It's not great, 5/10.
