Leo is assisting The Police when a third murder is committed, a murder that cannot possibly be linked to the other two. Who exactly is Supernova, and what is their purpose?
It built on thr first episode, and managed to go several steps further, this was a really strong concluding episode.
The solution was not one I was expecting, it seems as though it came out of left field, but it wasn't outrageous or ridiculous, it did actually work. Not a huge amount of involvement from The Lyell team, it really is the story that's the driving force, no love story, angst, family goings on, just story.
The ending was really dramatic, and quite shocking, in keeping with the overall feel of that storyline.
The only thing I wasn't fond of, were those awful flashback sequences, they really did feel awkward, a little overdone, but in fairness it was made back in 2006.
Worked well, 8/10.
