Tosh is adamant he's clocked a man whom he believed died some years ago, by walking into the sea, not soon after committing a tenacious fraud.
It's a very, very well penned episode, so imaginative, and like so many others, the grain of an idea here would work well in a long drama.
Just when you wish for a good Tosh story, like buses, two come along at once, this is different to the previous episode, but equally as quirky, and serves as a good reminder of how marvellous Tosh was.
You do wonder why both Tosh and Dashwood are the same rank, and yet the latter has a brand new Toyota Celica, Armani suits and terrible blond highlights.
This series treated us to the wonderful Liz Smith, here we get the equally wonderful Marcia Warren, I am a huge fan of hers, and she is excellent here, I've not seen much of her earlier years.
Excellent, 9/10.
