Be careful what you wish for

Warning: Spoilers
The patient of the week is morbidly obese. He loves gourmet food and doesn't care to change that . Cameron is sympathetic and breaks equipment trying to run test on the patient. Cuddy thinks House did it but when Cameron takes the blame and says repairman are cheaper then a discrimination lawsuit. Chase is sure the patient ( George) is diabetic but his cholesterol, blood pressure and blood sugar are all normal. Chase again has issues with the overweight and has little impact in the episode. George is quite belligerent insisting they find his condition isn't connected to his weight. House , Cameron and Foreman go through a series of tests and possible diagnosis. Finally House notices a symptom and Wilson is called in . George gets his wish but at a high price.

Also the obnoxious Tritter is still around.

Big fat idiot

House tends to a 660-lb. comatose patient, played in the biggest fat suit ever made by wobbly-eyed movie actor Pruitt Vince. The corpulent man awakens and really doesn't want any help, thank you very much. House insists. Meanwhile, sinister cop David Morse keeps pressing on the wisemouthing House. The in-joke for TV buffs, of course, is that Morse got his start as a saintly young doctor on ST. ELSEWHERE. Cameron, Chase and Foreman are largely on the back burner for this one. In fact, Chase drops out of the episode early on. Maybe Jesse Spencer had a movie to film. Wilson also has little to do. House does manage to soil Wilson's smock at one point.

Idiots everywhere

This episode was kinda meh. The main patient is a fat ball with eyes and mouth that refuses treatment because of the assumptions related to his underlying condition. There's a nice twist at the end that makes it enjoyable. The patient himself is impossible to work with.

What I really don't like about House is a recurring villain. In the first season it was stupid, now it's even worst. We have a cop that could be easily framed for stalking and instead act like a freaking fed. It's so weird how these people seem to be so scary when in reality they are kinda laughable.

I hope he goes away soon so we can keep watching the cool part: the diagnosis.
