A friend of June's dad had been mugged, she and Alastair are at court to give evidence, but a late witness comes forward, claiming June had ignored a vital piece of evidence.
Thoroughly enjoyed this excellent episode, what a cracking plot, and truly original concept. They picked the two most reliable people at Sun Hill, Greig and Ackland, and tried to discredit them, the thought of June not going by the book was hard to swallow.
I liked all of the characters, some very nice acting here, it was good to see Reg put to some good use at last.
I really did appreciate the qualities of this episode, early on I thought, oh no another courtroom drama, this was far from that.
Writer Carolyn S Jones wrote a very clever script here, she last came to my attention with the excellent Hard Man episode, she clearly understands what makes people tick.
