Warning: Spoilers
Episode 376 carries on the mildly sinister atmosphere and family shenanigans without revealing anything definitive. We're in a world of premonitions and fortune readings, with Angelique cast as an evil mastermind and the others her playthings.

There is someone evil in the house of Collins who is trying to prevent the marriage of Josette and Barnabas!

Warning: Spoilers
Yes, Countess DuPres, and she arrived with you! The audience knows that, but nobody else does. Barnabas knows that Angelique is in love with him, and would do anything to get him away from Josette, but to the extent of how, most likely not. This episode deals with what Natalie witnessed between Jeremiah and Josette, and she tells Andre of what she saw. He confronts Jeremiah who insisted that he will never be along with Josette again, but the powers of evil are greater than the powers of his will, and late at night after her own encounter with Natalie and after a reading of the cards, Naomi spots Jeremiah kissing a woman, and confronts them, resulting in a scene that had me laughing so hard it's a good thing I wasn't sipping a drink at the time.

It's nice to see Joan Bennett having something to do, but the ending is so delightfully silly that you can't help but wonder what her reaction was. The voice overs of Grayson Hall are Naomi's nightmare are very haunting, and Halls acting as she tries to explain what the cards are saying is done in a soothing, non melodramatic manner. In fact, when she speaks during Naomi's dream, it's a voice that could easily soothe a person to sleep. Hints over the fact that Victoria could be the source of evil gives a hint of things to come, and I hope it's different then how it turned out in the final episode of the 1990's version of "Dark Shadows" which wrapped its run up with this storyline.
