I hate it when it's obvious who the killer is, right from the start. Usually, that's not the case but I thought it was here in one of these two crimes scenes: the one where we see a guy bash his head into a fish tank. However, what I didn't foresee was the weird twist in the story, which is very cool and one that nobody would ever see.
The other murder involves a woman stalker who is found in a man's apartment, dead in the bathtub. How she exactly died is another strange mystery. Some on the case think it was no homicide; others do. It turns to be even more impossible-to-guess than the other story!
So....you get two far-fetched answers to mysteries but at least they were kind of cool.
Meanwhile, it appears we are going to have a continuing subplot involving Stella, who gets cut with some glass at one of the murder scenes. The glass had blood from an HIV-positive guy, so Stella could have caught that. She gets tested right away.....but tells no one! Why wouldn't she tell her boss-friend "Mac" about it? I guess this is the writer's way of making a small soap opera out of it, something to draw us back. Heck, I would back anyway.
