PC Tofkin returns and he is out to nail Harry Fenning for fooling around with his wife.
Tofkin's marriage has broken up and he blames Fenning. He is now in plain clothes and pressurises Wolfie to help out.
It is a simple job, just break into Fenning's safe for his notebook. Tofkin even supplies the equipment such as dynamite.
Wolfie ends up blowing Fenning's pub but still does not get into the safe.
Tofkin would morph into someone like Slater in Only Fools and Horses.
There is a nice twist as to what really happened to Tofkin.
As for the dynamite. There is a great scene as Ken tries to get rid of it.
