Yet another nice episode to a truly great series. The plot is simple, but is effective and entertaining. The animation is usual is beautiful and crisp with lovely underwater backgrounds and the animation of Eel-Ectric City is excellent, and the music is fine. The characters are great, with Sebastian fun as always and King Triton the inspiring but firm father-figure. Pearl is a good supporting character, while Ariel is still the headstrong, sympathetic and free-spirited little mermaid we know and love from the Disney classic. One thing I noticed, Ariel looks really nice with her hair up, don't get me wrong her hair is beautiful long, but that high pony-tail style really suits her. The voice acting is without fault, Jodi Benson is wonderful as Ariel, Kenneth Mars is suitably wise and firm as King Triton and Cree Summer is a nice surprise as Pearl. Overall, a nice episode. 9/10 Bethany Cox
