. . . will is sure to have many fond memories elicited by WHERE THERE'S A WILL. Wills inevitably bring the friends and relatives of the dearly departed together for long goodbyes or fast farewells. Either way, people learn whether familiarity breeds contempt or absence makes the heart grow fonder. Is blood REALLY thicker than water, or should last wishes be honored? Can someone who has passed away still enjoy the proverbial "last laugh," and is all well that ends with a will? These are among the burning questions explored during this six-minute Popeye episode. Did the stipulated decedent, "Barnacle Bill," ever appear in a Sailor picture while he was among the living? Only the Shadow knows.
