The entire movie is 3 minutes of a looping sound effect, with two pictures of hallways occasionally with the brightness turned down, and a free looping static effect. HOWEVER, they badly edit a picture of 173 into the hallways every once in a while; at the end, it covers the screen with a picture of 173 and plays a comically loud screaming sound. (Which, if you didn't know, is not something that 173 does.)
It's a really low-effort jumpscare, but probably the most effective one I've seen because of how quiet and boring the rest of the movie is compared to how loud the jumpscare is.
I think this "movie" is more of a jumpscare than a movie.
