After watching this movie, I immediately wanted to see it again. The movies visual and music together engulfed my senses. The unique coverage of different spiritual practices, allows the viewer to have a deeper understanding of the practice and expanse of yoga.

To watch this film was a gift. Its beuty and wisdom of layers made me grateful and the sense of connection between all of us. It is also a beautiful reminder of the importance to have a guide, a guru, to not get lost on the sprititual path.

The film is beautifully directed and shot. It provides insight into the true discipline of Yoga. Full understanding of the film requires some knowledge of what Yoga is, but even without any prior knowledge, then film is a mesmerising journey into the practice and its practitioners.
