Senior Counselor Pruett is on court martial trial after sneaking into the girls' camp for a date with Caprice. Through the proceedings, Caprice reveals that it was a reward for the men adopting kittens from an expectant cat. The judges from both camps find him not guilty. An irate Commander Wivenhoe issues Camp Divine off limits to all Camp Runamuck personnel. Malala May issues the same for her camp in response. Doc is next for a date with Caprice, but all transportation has been locked up. With the help of the young, mechanically minded Everett (Lindy Davis), the men rig up a rocket-powered surfboard on wheels. Doc crashes into the lake. Everett next engineers a large wooden arrow that Doc is strapped to and shot toward the girls' camp. He passes a golfing Wivenhoe and gets lodged in a tree. Next, Doc has feathered wings and a rocket placed on him and shot toward the camp. He lands in the woods and comes across the sheriff and a husband trying to get his pregnant wife to a doctor. Doc brings them back to camp. When he can't handle the matter, they find they need help from an angered source. Miscommunication occurs when the cat also begins to deliver.

After a pretty solid opener, the following episodes have been laced with absurdity. Truly, it can insult one's intelligence with the lack of believability sometimes (hunters thinking men in rabbit costumes are actually big rabbits, man with feathered wings mistaken for a large bird, etc.). But, if you unwind without expectations it can be overlooked when there's enough laughs to make it fun.
