Sex & Nudity

  • There is a sex minigame that you can trigger. Players have to move the left and right stick in certain ways to pleasure the women. Nothing is seen but noises are heard
  • Player can enter strip clubs. Full frontal nudity is never shown, but the clothing worn by the strippers is very little and pretty revealing.
  • A cutscene implies that a rival gang member is receiving a blowjob. There is no nudity, but what happens is fairly obvious.
  • Several sexual comments and remarks are heard through the game.
  • Players can wear very suggestive clothing or underwear. They can even decide to wear nothing; despite this, all nudity is censored.

Violence & Gore

  • As an open world action game revolving crime, players are given the leisure to kill and cause rampage as they choose.
  • Missions usually revolve around killing rival gang members and other criminals for control over the city. Optionally, pedestrians and law enforcement can also be killed.
  • Players can kill with pistols, rifles, shotguns, chainsaws, bricks, knives, swords, machines guns, and more. Enemies will emit blood when attacked. After dying, a puddle of blood may appear under a corpse. Blood is prevalent, but gore is not shown in gameplay. The game is fairly over-the-top and more cartoonish than other games of its type.
  • One instance of gore where a character holds a decapitated head.

Profanity

  • Fuck is used hundreds of times through the game.
  • Profanity also appears through some of the in-game radio stations, more noticeably on Krhyme.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Your player is given the freedom to smoke marijuana and drink alcohol to an excess. It is all optional.
  • Some missions involve delivering and stealing illegal drugs.
  • Some characters also use drugs on occasion.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The game is, in general, a parody of its source material, bringing out a wacky, exaggerated version of crime gangs. Despite its somewhat light hearted nature, the game can still be potentially intense for young audiences and sensitive users.
  • Some emotional and powerful scenes appear at times.
