I was dismayed by Ethan Kane's big-deal stinker "Dark City", and after watching this terrible gonzo effort "Decadence" I'm ready to close the book on yet another former big-name pornographer who had little to offer.
Though running over 2 hours, "Decadence" consists of merely three sex scenes, and fails in all categories. The cast is weak, not merely no- name but utterly unimpressive (even though I have enjoyed co-stars Vic Sinister and Maya Hills on occasion), direction affected and pointless in the now-standard music-video mode, crummy settings and mechanical sex. Kane utilizes a pitiful motif of the girls often servicing a guy whose face isn't shown, that tired old "f*ck the cameraman" gimmick no- talent pornographers trot out from time to time. This allows the fan to ponder, in this case I recognized Marco Banderas from his distinctive belly tattoo.
Worst segment has Ben English and Alec Knight looking uncomfortable as they are asked to hump a girl with big toys on a couch. So we get d.p.'s using dildos and then d.p.'s involving their dicks. This finale is truly terrible.
