- A Union Officer is kicked to death by a Confederate Soldier's horse, this is edited together quickly, but we see his bloody face. Kind of graphic. His uncle is later killed by the same Confederates.
- A Confederate Cavalry Officer is shot several times in slow motion and even has his left arm blown off by a canon, but still he fights to the death. Very graphic & it might disturb kids.
- A ruthless Union Cavalry Captain is killed by a nurse after he tries to kill a wounded Confederate soldier.

- Some of the ambushes are a bit intense. General Sherman has an outburst of anger that might startle some people. His burning of Atlanta is a bit intense.
