So we are just talking about lap times now? We want to see how the car goes around the track. Is it because no one is cleaver enough to be able to talk straight for 2 minutes? Or is it because no one will understand them.
Subtitles? Really?

Going downhill with each incarnation

Chris is the only current host that actually seems to know anything about cars.
The two new hosts seem to be more knowledgeable and focused on schoolyard bullying than cars or entertainment. This just makes them look dumb which I doubt they are.
stop trying to be funny!

Just do your job and stop trying to be funny!
this show has crashed big time. the new guys come across as bullys degrading and picking on Chris is not funny. I hate the false giggling its like watching Beavis and Butthead.
Chris can review cars all day for me, you can forget about the rest.
Just stop already...

Youve tried all sort of incarnations, all sort of hosts and formats, yet its just gotten worse. The humor is appalingly bad, there is nor was any chemistry (perhaps a smidgen with Le Blanc) and the whole atmosphere watching the show feels off. Why not invest and produce something original, some car show by an original team that will have their chemistry and vision intact. Top Gear is Clarkson trio. Not these clows. Harris is a fine car journalist but abysmal at humor and its PAINFULLY difficult to watch him fake so much of his behaviour.
Stop. FFS, STOP, it is getting pathetic.
Hilarious

After the original trip went I was put off of Top Gear but the new line up proves that the show is back on 'track'. Hilarious and it's only getting better, the scene with the milk was class and I thought they made the guests feel part of the crew.
