Lisa Galletti, the co-owner of The Mixing Bowl, is gorgeous! She has big beautiful eyes, luscious lips, and a very sweet smile. So sad that she is saddled with the gutless Billy. Billy is the chef and co-owner, and he lets Mike yell at his staff and steal money from the wait staff.
The dynamics of The Mixing Bowl are horrible. When Mike was not terminated before the re-launch, I knew this place would die. Mike was as close to a psychopath as I have ever seen on a restaurant show. He was constantly bullying the waitresses, and would take 50% of their tips, which is theft, in my opinion.
He belittled everyone, and basically did nothing except give discounts to his friends so they would give big tips. That is stealing from the owners of the restaurant, since they are the ones losing income.
I tried to watch this episode again, on demand, and after a few scenes of manipulative Mike taking advantage of everyone, I had to shut it off. I think even Ramsay could not handle Mike, since Ramsay never told Billy to fire Mike, as he has done in many other shows when one employee was disruptive, incompetent, or lazy.
