I really like what they did with Quagmire in this episode,
they gave him something to do that didn't have anything to do with women or sex, even saying at the end that he wants to be known for more than just that, and it didn't feel forced one bit!
Another thing that I think should end just as it is now is Brian vs Quagmire, If it's over, then how it ended here is fine, Quagmire helping Brian after getting hurt, and Brian giving Quagmire emotional support, well done show! for giving a nice episode that made me smile!

Actually funny for once? Impressive.

The first episode this season with some actual good bits. Still not what it used to be but this is the best episode so far this season, and the first to produce more than just one or two smirks. Expectations are still low going forward but a nice change of pace.
This show's lost its way

This episode was either an accumulation of bits from the past years that were cut because they were judged "not funny, at all", or they hired new, amateur writers that have never heard of Family Guy before, and they wrote this episode.
Every character's historic personality is non existent. Nothing was clever, or funny.
Another contender for worst ever episode of FG.

It feels like if the Family Guy doesn't have a kowtow for Netflix, then there will be a replica of at least some good jokes from previous episodes. And this is logical - hype-kids and zoomers have not heard about them, so the authors may not rush. Okay, I would try this "copy-paste", but the main characters mutter like robots and this is presented as a jokes. Not gonna lie, similar flaws come across before, but however, not all the time as in this episode. Now characters speak worse than russian basement-dweller (like me) and this is very strange, because the show (at least, earlier) is focused on the american audience. (in particular, the New England) I can't understand for whom the 17th and 18th seasons are done. For kids? They love Cartoon Network. For adults? They love Netflix. For fans of Family Guy? But they heard these jokes before. The series turns into a parody of itself. The worst part is that instead of ridiculing competitors, Griffins recognize their victory over themselves and the power of Disney, their new boss. And this is very sad.
