When asked why his chain clapsed he just skipped over subject and says could not fill big restaurants,maybe its poor service or price was too high there must of been some making profit. The british public just did not want to be told that they should pay more for a can of coke (sugartax). This week he was also talking about how he become famous and seems just in right place at the right time. I remeber him saying british workers are lazzy. I enjoyed watching his programs on the pier but seems like he knows about the damage of sugar but not processed meats as main selling point in his restaurant.
