This was such a good episode. This show is just getting better each week.
We don't get to see much of Sydney this episode. But we do get to see Elijah in all his glory. And boy, does Smits bring Elijah's character to life. He really portarys the passion and zeal of the character appropriately. Also, Anthony's cross of Bays was also one of the best cross-examinations I've seen in a legal drama. So hyped for next week.

Is this a soap opera now?

I appreciate the attempt to address a real issue, but the plot has hidden in super tight shots, overly dramatic music, and horrendous lighting. This was more like a soap opera than a useful inspection of social issues.
Unrealistic

Why is it that 99% of the violence perpetrated by white supremacists in this country happens on TV? Yet, 0% of violence by left-wing extremists happens on TV. There is a problem of violence in this country. Unfortunately Hollywood seems intent on reversing the roles of the perpetrators and victims.
