- Randy is shown masturbating on weed multiple times (no nudity) to stop the COVID pandemic. Then everyone who smokes it gets Randy's mustache (they think it's because of COVID).

- Mr. President violently burns a scientist holding the key to the cure for the virus, causing wildfires to spread all over South Park.
- Cartman threatens to shred and incinerate a live animal.
- Cartman wrestles Kyle in the classroom, causing the police to fire weapons in the classroom and shoot Token in the arm.
- Butters has a mental breakdown that causes him to throw lunch trays around the school cafeteria before the police take him out of the room.
