Sex & Nudity

  • Mickey Mouse and Randy each have sex with a bat (brief but graphic) and Mickey tells Randy to have sex with a pangolin. He then does (again, brief but graphic). Later on a scientist says the acts were rape.

Violence & Gore

  • Mr. President violently burns a scientist holding the key to the cure for the virus, causing wildfires to spread all over South Park.
  • Cartman threatens to shred and incinerate a live animal.
  • Cartman wrestles Kyle in the classroom, causing the police to fire weapons in the classroom and shoot Token in the arm.
  • Butters has a mental breakdown that causes him to throw lunch trays around the school cafeteria before the police take him out of the room.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The final moments of the episode suggest that the pandemic will continue for an indefinite period of time, leaving the town's future uncertain.
