Denise Chan's short film, KAERU, is a beautiful reminder to love yourself and never lose sight of what makes you special. Without dialogue, director Chan is able to visualize the self-doubt demons that haunt us all at some point. KAERU is subtle, smart and touching! An absolute MUST SEE! Not to mention, Denise Chan's animation style is wonderful and KAERU is a true testament to her talent!
