The interviewer/reporter seems to be absolutely desperate to make this about race. Even though the killer was black and the majority of victims were black. The fact of the matter, he was a cross state serial killer who killed both black and white and the women he predominantly targeted were vulnerable and less likely to be reported as missing by concerned family members due to their lifestyles and personal issues. It's not in defence of their killer but it's a fact.
