I guess someone can perform lung surgery just like Tokyo did. Awful episode, from a fake accident who could go wrong, to the horrible attempt to make the lady Inspector cool but just makes her really laughable, to the cop jumping out the window and leaving the kidnappers with his wife and daughter?! Non sense, its what this TV series has become. Should have ended at the end of the 2nd season.
Useless episode without development.

Like the first episode, overhyped episodes and suspenseful soundtracks are overused. We had a cliff-hanger ending which seemed to be useless since Tokyo has done a successful operation on Nairobi even when the Pakistani guy lost contact (they had just ignored that detail because according to the last episode Tokyo can't do the operation without him), and technically speaking it is really hard to make such an operation without any knowledge or education. As always episode is filled with flashbacks (which I consider as fillers) The inspector's acting is really bad and bizarre, and the Palermo character isn't well built-up which makes him bad. The longer this TV show gets, the dumber it gets.

Like the first episode, just a filler. Nothing really happens but flashbacks that don't mean anything. I usually don't like to be the hater but I loved the first 3 seasons and now they messed it up bad. At least for the first 2 episodes
