I won't give away any spoilers to those who may not have watched and want to watch, but I will say that it is VERY obvious that Zumbo and wife/GF/whatever favored the 1st place winner above the other contestants since the beginning of this Season.

The "2nd" place winner received a score that was only 1 point higher than the "1st" place winner in their first dessert creation. Even though the "1st" dessert was far worse in quality, their painting was terrible, was arranged incorrectly, AND Zumbo allowed their family to help them TWICE in their creation. Total bias towards who they wanted to win the whole thing from the beginning. You can see it throughout all of the episodes. Heck... this person NEVER went to the Zumbo elimination round even though they did deserve it once or twice, but we can just sum that up to a little luck that there were other weaker competitors at that time.

THEN in the final dessert the "1st" received a PERFECT 10 even THOUGH it had flaws. To me a 10 is Zumbo quality level... not the half made stuff the "1st" person put out. Yes, the "2nd" stuff wasn't perfect. I do agree. HOWEVER, you can tell that she was given that perfect 10 because they wanted "1st" to win. Otherwise "1st" and "2nd" would have been tied. Totally unfair, biased, and I am not interested in watching anymore of Zumbo's stuff if they are going to do this.

The winning result was not realistic to the dessert presented.

The voting was clearly unrealistic, not based on what was presented to them, and a stunt.
