- Barely any. Some male characters are occasionally seen shirtless (it's animated only)
- Occasional rude jokes, but never anything innapropriate.
Violence & Gore

- This is a show about volleyball, and so it does contain some mild sports related violence. (bruises, shoving, punching, etc.)
- Violence isn't the focus of this show, and unlike many anime of the same time (Naruto, One Piece, etc.) it is quite tame.
- Occasional sports injuries are seen due to the intensity of the games, but it never goes past blood and is barely graphic at all.
Profanity

- Lots of name calling and other types of language that you would see in a competitive environment (trash talking, etc.)
- The show does center around high schoolers, so mild profanity (d**n, *ss, h*ll) are fairly common and do appear from episode to episode.

- There are no scenes that are even remotely scary in this show, seeing as it is sports related.
- The sports scenes where they actually play volleyball are very intense, but not in a way inapropriate for children, just in a general competitiveness.
