What was that?

What just happened to Dynasty? First a musical and now a black and white episode? The show will tank if they don't go back to writing Dynasty like they did in S1 and S2. Season 3 has been a big disappointment, and all that singing is just Liz showing off.

FILLER Episode

Warning: Spoilers
A complete waste of an episode. Why do we need Elizabeth Gillies singing again? This isnt American Idol, move on have some drama.

This show started out alright in S1 and S2 but this episode was such a throwaway and a waste of memory.

The B&W scenes were rediculuos and while meant to be cheesy went beyond that and were just dumb and utterly pointless.

Not impressed.

I watch this show for juicy, dark storyline's and dramatic characters. Not so Liz can show off her vocal talents. The proposal was a nice scene, but it felt rather rushed, and especially after the same Falliam drama episode after episode it was underwhelming. I want more time with Anders, than Fallon and Liam fighting with eachother again. It's time for some other characters to get their moment to shine.

This show should be called Disaster

What the hell has happened to Dynasty? This is NOT a reboot of the iconic 80s series. This is nothing more than a vehicle for Liz Gillies to get out from her pal Ariana Grande's shadow. Enough with her damn singing already! Get back to the great rivalry between Blake and Alexis. . . and Cristal and Alexis . . . and finally the Alexis Dominique rivalry. This ahow ia a total joke now and there ia no hope of bringing it up to par with the classic series it ia named after.

Filler episode

These themed episodes need to stop. They add nothing to the show and are only a way to launch Liz's future singing career. Such a waste of screentime that could have been used to write some good drama and female empowerment. Dynasty is a drama for all ages, neither a musical, nor a sitcom, nor the Falliam romcom. David Israel and Josh Reims should be out of this show and Chris Fife needs to become the showrunner then. He knows the true essence of the original and knows how much fans love him.

Not very good

Warning: Spoilers
This was boring. I think the black and white episode is interesting, but Liam's detective or PI story is bland. No wonder they didn't focus much on his writing career. The lines were off and strange, other words, cringe. This was a failure. I liked the first two proposals. Liam was acting manipulative. To be honest, I just prefer something sweet, simple and straightforward, like when Fallon first met Liam and when they were on a boat. The episode could have been better if they removed this part or made it a secondary plot and focused on Adam, Kirby, and Sam. I like this season for actually giving focus to the stuff and characters from Season 2, this unnecessary thing feels like it's from Season 4.

Outstanding Episode
RECB322 May 2024
This is a truly tremendous episode of this series all fans and viewers of this series to watch. The crew did a remarkable job in creating this episode. The storyline of this episode was splendid and strong. I am a writer and I can relate to the character of Liam. To have the story that he told in black and white was a terrific touch from the crew. The story itself might have been straightforward but it was sensational and it worked out greatly at the end. The cast selection was exemplary. They fully committed and connected to the storyline and to their respective characters. The chemistry that was displayed throughout this splendid episode between the cast members was great and strong.
