Having gotten used to short films being presented at movie festivals in a batch,I was intrigued by this having a introduction by the film maker at the Soho Horror Film Festival, which led to me gazing into the green eyes.
View on the film:
Shining from out of the darkness, editor/ co-writer/(with Wolf Stahl) director Jeremy Herbert gives "The Things" a cute Monster Movie shine, with their bright green eyes sparkling across the faces of the terrified locals.
Getting together for a town hall meeting over how to deal with the things, the screenplay by Stahl & Herbert neatly digs into the growing fear the locals have over the arrival of the strange creatures, but sadly the writers keep a distance from digging into/using "The Things" more, which leads to their green eyes fading.
